No. The workshop is a starting point. You leave with a diagnosis and a process sheet on your most urgent topic. If you want to go further, we talk about it. If not, the deliverable is yours.

2 hours, remote or on site. We start from your actual context. By the end, you know which topic is most urgent to unblock and how. You receive a reusable process sheet within 5 days.

For training and the deployment of our off-the-shelf solutions, we commit to starting as soon as possible, no later than two weeks after your request. Training sessions are scheduled around your teams' calendars. The start date for a custom application is agreed during our first discussions.

Both. The workshop and training take place remotely or on site, as you prefer. Custom development alternates workshops, on site when useful, with remote delivery cycles.

The diagnosis identifies the next steps. If training, ellipse or custom development makes sense, we discuss it with clear scoping and a quote. No obligation.
